We will not work with "head-hunters" since most focus on IT jobs, and we know that we want computer savvy candidates who will actively search out opportunities on their own without hand holding
We screen resumes and forward a select few for your review. Ultimately the hiring is our decision, but we welcome and seek your input in the process
We negotiate and hire the candidate whom we believe best meets the criteria and presents the lowest "churn risk"
